Lobivia leucomalla, native to Argentina, is a globular plant to 4" in diameter that is densely covered with glistening white spines. Lovely sulphur yellow flowers to 3" in diameter in spring and summer. Requires porous cactus soil with adequate drainage. Prefers bright light. Water throughly when soil is dry to the touch.
